About the Role
An established and growing mining organisation with operations across Western Australia is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join its Perth CBD head office. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate and timely processing of high-volume invoices while supporting broader finance operations in a fast-paced mining environment.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end accounts payable processing
- High-volume invoice matching, coding, and data entry
- Managing supplier queries and statement reconciliations
- Processing payments and maintaining AP schedules
- Ensuring compliance with internal controls and policies
- Supporting month-end reporting and finance team requirements
About You
- Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role
- SAP or Pronto experience is essential
- Previous mining industry experience is highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines
- Perth-based with full working rights in Australia
- Immediate or short-notice availability is highly advantageous
