Description:
- Account Management: Take ownership of existing accounts in the Murchison region, ensuring high levels of service and retention.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities across the territory, particularly in the service and reverse engineering space.
- Technical Consulting: Leverage your engineering knowledge to provide tailored pump solutions, including centrifugal pump systems and reverse-engineered components.
- Collaboration: Work closely with local engineering and manufacturing teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Travel: Spend approximately 2 weeks per month on-site with clients across the WA region (murchison and south)
Requirements:
A successful candidate should have:
- Engineering background (mechanical preferred)
- Strong sales aptitude with a proven ability to develop business
- Experience with centrifugal pumps or similar rotating equipment would be beneficial
- Ideally from an OEM or technical sales environment
- Analytical, consultative, and solutions-focused approach
- Comfortable working autonomously and managing a remote territory
- Full flexibility for travel and site-based work
Conditions:
- Competitive salary package between $1400000 and $150000 AUD + up to 25% incentive bonus + super + car allowance or leased vehicle.
