Description:
We are seeking a Marketing Executive to support the delivery of engaging marketing activity across a portfolio of Queensland shopping centres, including Townsville Shopping Centre, Caloundra Shopping Centre, Cleveland Central and The Station Oxley.This role is ideal for someone who is organised, commercially savvy, and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment. Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in executing campaigns, managing digital and social channels, supporting retailer engagement, and contributing to performance reporting.

About the role
- Support the delivery of centre marketing campaigns and activations from brief to execution
- Manage digital platforms, social media content calendars, scheduling, and day-to-day community management
- Create marketing assets using Canva templates in line with brand guidelines
- Assist with EDMs, retailer communications, and digital content via HubSpot
- Coordinate suppliers, agencies, and campaign assets
- Support retailer engagement and in-centre promotions
- Assist with sales, traffic, and campaign reporting
- Work across multiple centres and priorities
- Tertiary education in marketing, business or a related field and/or relevant experience in a marketing role
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing deadlines
- Comfortable working independently and enjoys collaborating with a variety of stakeholders including centre teams, retailers, shoppers and external partners
- Communicates clearly and professionally, particularly when navigating differing priorities
- Strong appreciation for the power of brand and understand how it influences perception, engagement, and business success
- Confident in managing budgets, tracking spend and ensuring campaigns deliver value while contributing to overall centre promotional objectives
- Experience managing digital and social media channel
- Working knowledge of Canva and HubSpot (or similar platforms), plus Microsoft Office 365 Suite including Excel and PowerPoint
- Interest in retail, community, and place-based marketing
Based out of Townsville Shopping Centre in QLD, this role will work across our QLD centres with travel between shopping centres may be required.
