In this role you will be responsible for driving growth and sales within the Third-party Distribution space. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships while promoting the vision, mission and values of Bank of Sydney across third-party distribution, aggregators, and broker channels. Reporting to the Senior Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across the broker and aggregator network.
- Delivering compelling presentations to brokers and aggregator groups.
- Driving residential & commercial lending growth, with a strong focus on building long-term partnerships.
- Maintaining a deep understanding of Bank of Sydney’s products to provide tailored solutions.
- Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Representing Bank of Sydney at industry events, networking functions, and broker forums.
We’re seeking a results-driven, passionate professional who is ready to take on a high-impact role. You’ll bring:
- Proven experience in a Business Development Manager or similar role within the broker or Third-party Distribution space.
- Strong networks and relationships across brokers, aggregators, and industry stakeholders.
- A track record of achieving sales and growth targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong residential & commercial acumen and the ability to identify opportunities.
- A collaborative mindset and a genuine commitment to building long-term relationships.
