- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.

- Analyse market trends and provide insights to support business growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure long-term partnerships.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts to senior management.
- Travel requirement across Australia.
Requirements:
A successful National Business Development Manager should have:
- Proven experience in business development within the power transformers or energy sectors.
- Strong knowledge of sales strategies and market analysis.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- A results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Competency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Formal qualifications in business, sales, or a related field are highly regarded.
