- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies for projects.
- Oversee end-to-end testing processes, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues.
- Manage and coordinate test resources effectively to meet project timelines.
- Provide detailed test reports and documentation to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices and testing standards.
- Advocate for continuous improvement in testing processes and tools.
- Support the technology department in achieving project objectives.
- Experience with Telephony systems and data would be highly desirable
Requirements:
A successful Test Manager should have:
- Proven experience in managing testing processes in the technology sector.
- Strong knowledge of testing tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience in coordinating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, temporary role in Melbourne.
