About You

  • Prior experience within the Employment Services Industry is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Transferrable skills from Call Center, telemarketing or Customer Service industry.
  • A resilient attitude with the ability to adapt.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • High level of customer service coupled with excellent all-round communication skills.
  • Planning, organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work from home.

About the Role

As a Customer Experience Officer , you will handle inbound telephone calls while providing a strong and exceptional customer experience.

  • This position is a three‑month contract, working three days per week.
  • Enjoy the flexibility of a fully remote role.
  • Working in a fast-paced environment with the skill to multi-task across various systems and screens whilst maintaining telephone contact
  • Understanding and working to complex administrative procedures and contractual guidelines
  • Engage effectively with diverse customers who require support with sensitive and emotional matters
  • Relaying information to a diverse range of customers
  • Undertaking administration tasks.
