Description:



  • Manage the financial integrity and reporting for an allocated property portfolio


  • Prepare accurate monthly financial reports, including:


    • Profit & Loss statements


    • Balance sheet reconciliations


    • Revenue verification


    • Property forecasts and budgets


  • Provide analytical insights and reporting to support management decisions


  • Assist with outgoings audits, respond to audit queries, and conduct periodic financial reviews


  • Partner with property management teams to review performance and provide financial commentary


  • Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, offering financial advice and support as required



Requirements:



  • 3+ years' experience in a Property Accounting role or similar


  • Solid understanding of commercial property accounting principles


  • Experience using medium/large ERP


  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills


  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management


  • CPA or CA qualification (or currently studying toward one - highly regarded)
