Manage the financial integrity and reporting for an allocated property portfolio -
Prepare accurate monthly financial reports, including:

Profit & Loss statements -
Balance sheet reconciliations -
Revenue verification -
Property forecasts and budgets

Provide analytical insights and reporting to support management decisions -
Assist with outgoings audits, respond to audit queries, and conduct periodic financial reviews -
Partner with property management teams to review performance and provide financial commentary -
Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, offering financial advice and support as required
Requirements:
-
3+ years' experience in a Property Accounting role or similar -
Solid understanding of commercial property accounting principles -
Experience using medium/large ERP -
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills -
Exceptional attention to detail and time management -
CPA or CA qualification (or currently studying toward one - highly regarded)
