Requirements:
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- Degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Business (mandatory).
- Professional registration (CPA, CA, CIMA, ICA) highly desirable.
- Proven experience in financial management within healthcare or a complex service organisation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Expertise in financial systems (e.g., S/4HANA) and Microsoft Office.
