As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will provide high-quality financial advice and performance reporting to divisional leaders, supporting informed decision-making and sustainable healthcare delivery. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading divisional budgeting and forecasting processes
- Delivering insightful variance analysis and financial risk assessments
- Managing funding alignment and service agreements
- Building strong relationships with clinical and operational teams
- Coaching and mentoring finance team members
Requirements:
You will bring:
- Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting within a complex organisation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- High-level proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Office
- A tertiary qualification in Accounting, Commerce, or Business (highly desirable) and professional membership (CPA, CA, CIMA, ICA preferred)
