Description:
- Partner with site GMs, production leaders, and Heads of Function to support strategic and operational decision‑making
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis across multiple sites
- Prepare and present insights to senior leadership teams
- Coordinate financial planning activities and ensure alignment with site strategy
- Travel to site up to 8 days per month (flexible structure)
- Work autonomously within a high‑performing, independent team
Requirements:
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- CA/CPA qualified with strong accounting fundamentals.
- Experience in mining, engineering, consulting, or heavy industry.
- Confident presenting to senior stakeholders (GMs, Production, HOF).
- Skilled in SAP, budgeting & forecasting systems (Prime desirable), and solid Excel capability.
- Motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
Not suited to candidates from purely project or cost‑control backgrounds.
Conditions:
Salary range: $150-170k + super (negotiable).
6‑month contract with genuine long‑term potential.

All site travel fully covered.
