ROLE OVERVIEW
This role plays a key role in delivering Ultra Violette’s global brand marketing and customer engagement strategy. Supporting the development and execution of brand campaigns, launches and always-on storytelling, our Marketing Executive will also manage CRM and EDM communications globally.
Partnering closely with Global Marketing, Creative, Digital and E-commerce teams, this key position will ensure cohesive, high-quality execution across owned channels.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Support in development and execution of comprehensive brand marketing campaigns, ensuring achievement of commercial objectives. Assist in the planning, implementation, and optimisation across various channels, including brand, retail, digital and social media
- Support A-level launches and hero campaigns through timeline management, asset delivery and planning coordination
- Own end-to-end delivery of B-level campaigns and selected launches, from briefing through execution
- Conduct post-campaign analysis and share learnings and optimisation opportunities
Brand Content & Storytelling
- Identify content opportunities that support brand storytelling, education and conversion
- Partner with Head of Design to brief and deliver campaign and BAU assets, ensuring consistency across tone of voice, positioning and creative execution
- Manage the end-to-end copywriting process, coordinating internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver clear, on-brand copy across campaigns and channels
- Own and maintain the Product Copy Bible
- Manage website blog planning, copywriting and publishing to support SEO and storytelling
Hands-On Brand Operations
- Support day-to-day brand operations, including packing and shipping PR, influencer and internal product shipments
- Assist with preparation of boxes, samples and collateral for launches, events, retail and education needs
- Manage inventory coordination for seeding and brand initiatives in partnership with local operations teams
- On-the-ground retail support as needed
EDM & CRM Planning, Optimisation and Insights
- Own the global EDM and CRM calendar across all regions, aligning activity with campaigns, launches and key trading moments and ensuring localisation of content for optimal regional outcomes
- Plan, brief, review and approve EDMs and CRM campaigns to ensure brand alignment and quality
- Build, deploy and manage EDMs and CRM campaigns across all regions
- Own welcome flows, automated workflows and lifecycle journeys
- Manage segmentation strategies, database health and list growth
- Drive retention, engagement and customer lifetime value
- Own CRM and EDM performance reporting, analysing engagement, retention, conversion and customer value
Loyalty Program (CRM Focus)
- Manage Loyalty communications within CRM, supporting engagement, retention and member lifecycle strategies
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Has minimum 2-3 years experience in a marketing role – ideally beauty/fashion or consumer products.
- Is willing to put their hand up to do whatever needs doing
- Proactive and always thinking one step ahead
