You’ll handle day-to-day data processing while supporting administrative tasks that keep our remote operations organized and accurate. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, clear checklists, and high attention to detail.
Review databases for errors, duplicates, missing values, and incorrect formats. Standardize entries (names, country codes, phone formats, categories). Perform quality checks and maintain accuracy benchmarks. Create structured reports and error logs with fixes completed. Support periodic audits and cleanup projects
1+ year experience in admin support, data coordination, or operations
High attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
Strong spreadsheet and documentation skills
