Description:
- Manage and provide advice on Employee Relations (ER) matters to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Support managers and employees in resolving workplace issues effectively and professionally.
- Work on developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct investigations and manage grievances in a fair and timely manner.
- Provide guidance on performance management and disciplinary processes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive HR initiatives and improve employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations within the Energy & Natural Resources sector.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of HR and ER activities.
Requirements:
A successful ER-focused Human Resources professional should have:
- Experience in Employee Relations (ER) within the Energy & Natural Resources industry or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment laws and workplace regulations.
- Track record working on site
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- passion for data driven decisions will be highly regarded.
Conditions:
