The QBCC is seeking a dynamic Principal Engagement Advisor to play a pivotal role in delivering statewide education programs and stakeholder engagement initiatives that make a real difference to licensees, consumers and industry partners.About The Role
As the Principal Engagement Advisor, you will be a key contributor to the Education & Engagement team, leading the development, implementation and evaluation of innovative programs and partnerships across Queensland. Your work will directly support the QBCC's Strategic and Operational Plans by driving a proactive, data‑informed and customer‑focused engagement function.
You will help shape how the QBCC connects with the industry by:
- Delivering consistent, meaningful and accessible education tailored to the needs of licensees, consumers and stakeholders across the State.
- Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships that foster collaboration and long‑term partnerships.
- Designing and executing targeted campaigns that respond to emerging industry issues and support compliance, safety and best practice.
The Education and Engagement Team is evolving into a modern, strategic and agile function that anticipates industry needs and delivers high‑value engagement. Using data and insights, the team reaches customers where they are—across Queensland's diverse regions and industry sectors to provide clear, practical and impactful education.

Position Summary
