- Tell me more...**The Family Response Unit Manager provides operational and clinical leadership to a specialist multidisciplinary team supporting TCHHS staff and consumers affected by violence, abuse and neglect across the lifespan, including Child Protection and DFV. The role leads safeguarding practice through expert consultation, education, policy development and strategic partnerships. It provides authoritative advice to TCHHS leadership to drive safe, coordinated and evidence-based care.
