Description:

  • Manage complex calendars and travel arrangements for senior executives.
  • Prepare meeting packs, presentations, and confidential documents
  • Support residential sales administration: inquiries, appointments, collateral, and event coordination
  • Act as gatekeeper for stakeholders, ensuring professional and efficient communication.
  • Maintain organised filing systems and assist with ad-hoc project tasks

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience as an EA or in senior administrative support.
  • Background in property development, real estate, or professional services highly regarded.
  • Strong marketing and presentation skills; experience with residential sales coordination is a plus.
  • Advanced MS Office proficiency; familiarity with CRM tools advantageous.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and discreet with superior communication skills.
