- Stabilise, maintain, and document the existing automation environment to mitigate operational risks.
- Design and deliver advanced automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and related tools.
- Identify automation opportunities through consultation with business stakeholders.
- Develop reusable components, technical standards, and clear documentation for scalability.
- Uplift low-code/no-code capability and support the Developer Community of Practice.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams and citizen developers.
- Ensure governance, environment management, and security compliance.
- Work within Agile delivery frameworks for timely, high-quality deployment.
Requirements:
A successful Automation Developer / Specialist should have:
- Exposure to Power Platform / Power Automate / Power Apps / Power Tools / Power BI
- Relevant qualifications in technology, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong technical skills in automation tools and systems.
- Experience in the industrial and manufacturing sector is highly regarded.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- A proactive approach to learning new technologies and methodologies.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
