  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates, ensuring a strong and diverse talent pool
  • Coordinate reference checks, background checks, offers, and onboarding
  • Champion a smooth, engaging candidate experience at every stage
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Provide recruitment insights and contribute to continuous improvement of processes
  • Support employer branding initiatives that showcase why Young Mindz is a great place to work

The Schedule

  • 20 hours per week
  • Monday to Thursday, 9:30am – 3:00pm (with a half an hour unpaid break)
  • Fully remote

The Pay

  • $70,000 per annum + superannuation, pro-rated to 20 hours per week

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven recruitment experience (agency, RPO, or in-house)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate independently in a standalone role
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience
  • A consultative, people-first approach to recruitment
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage compliance requirements in a regulated industry

Why Join Us?

You’ll be joining a values-driven organisation that is real, respectful, and genuinely committed to making a difference. Your work will directly support the people who support our participants, and you’ll be backed by a leadership team that listens, trusts, and values your expertise.

Together, we’re building a workforce that helps individuals live their best lives.
