Description:

Reporting to the Superintendent - Group HR this is a newly created position to help support all aspects of an enterprise wide SAP SuccessFactors implementation.

Responsible for the day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and support of the people modules (employee central, compensation, performance management, talent management) in SuccessFactors ensuring system integrity, data accuracy, user access, and optimal system performance.In addition to this the role leads end-user training efforts, supports process improvements through change management initiatives, and serves as a subject matter expert (SME) on all SuccessFactors functionalities.Key responsibilities will include;

· Primary administrator for all SAP SuccessFactors modules, managing configuration, workflows, roles, permissions, and routine system maintenance to ensure data integrity and reliable system performance.

· Develop and deliver end-user training (including on site) and documentation, provide day-to-day system support, and lead change management activities for new features, process updates, and module implementations.

· Build and maintain standard and ad-hoc reports and dashboards, ensuring accurate, timely HR data and metrics to support decision-making, monitoring of HR processes, and compliance.

· Collaborate with SAP and external vendors, and partner with HR, IT, Finance, Payroll, and other stakeholders to resolve system issues, support integrations, and manage HRIS-related invoices and payments.

Requirements:

Ideal candidate will have a foundation in HR/Payroll and should be able to demonstrate a strong track record working with HRIS configuration and roll out. In addition to this they will be able to demonstrate the following:

· Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Information Systems Business Administration or a related field (or working towards).

· 3+ years of hands on HRIS administration and configuration (SAP SuccessFactors preferred)

· Experience in developing and delivering user training.

· Solid understanding of change management principles and practices.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to travel to site
