Role Description:


We at ManageEngine (sub-division of Zoho Corporation) are looking for an passionate and driven individual to join our growing Australia ManageEngine sales team. As an sales executive you will be responsible for servicing inbound sales leads and related inquiries with a focus on engaging and qualifying all prospective customers. This role is one of the first touchpoints for prospects and has the opportunity to set the tone for the sales cycle that follows.This is a great role for those with a passion for Enterprise IT Software & SAAS product selling and for those who are looking for growth and career progression.


In this role, you will be:

  • Responsible for inbound leads from multiple channels.
  • Responsible for the target/sales numbers for the product vertical handled.
  • Responsible for meeting core metrics and KPIs as set by your manager,including time to reach out to the with the leads, conversion rate, prospecting calls and emails, etc.
  • Identify, qualify, sort, and track leads.
  • Display exceptional consultative phone skills, including the ability to clearly articulate, inspire, project confidence, influence, overcome objections, and remain resilient throughout.
  • Research and document relevant contact information for existing leads, keeping contact information update in CRM.
  • Utilize CRM to ensure activities are documented properly, opportunities are forecast accurately, and adequate information regarding the prospect and/or opportunity is communicated.
  • Maintain knowledge of market conditions and competitive activities.
  • Cross-functional collaboration across internal teams.


What are the role requirements (not limited to the below):-

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills via phone and email
  • Ability to understand customer needs
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent follow-up skills
  • Experience in a customer facing role, or prior experience working in SaaS or Enterprise IT product companies (preferred, not essential)
  • An interest and openness to learning new technologies
  • Aggressive, energetic self-starter who enjoys working in a quota-driven environment
  • Must have experience operating in the ANZ market.
  • Works well under pressure
  • Works well with a team
