We are a busy blue-collar business looking for a reliable Data Entry Officer to support our daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, efficient and comfortable working with numbers, records and computers in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.Key Responsibilities
- Enter customer job, invoice and inventory data accurately into our internal systems
- Update customer, supplier and job records
- Review and interpret information from different suppliers and formats
- Check paperwork for missing or inconsistent information and use judgement to resolve any issues
- File and organize digital and physical documents
- Work closely with office staff, supervisors and operations teams
- Maintain confidentiality of company information
- Proven experience in data entry or office administration
- Good computer skills (Excel, basic databases or similar systems)
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage routine tasks independently
- Clear communicator, professional and reliable
- Comfortable working in an industrial or blue-collar business environment
