YOUR MISSION, SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO ACCEPT:
You'll be the reliable backbone of our finance team, tackling a diverse range of responsibilities with precision and initiative:
- Cash Flow Maestro: Oversee all bank accounts, master daily reconciliations, and manage cash efficiently.
- Month-End Navigator: Drive accurate month-end reporting through meticulous balance sheet reconciliations, journal preparations, and fixed asset management.
- Compliance Champion: Prepare essential workpapers for GST, FBT, WHT, and payroll tax, and assist with our annual audits.
- Insight Generator: Help us see the big picture by generating accurate and timely management reports and quarterly reporting packs.
- Process Pro: Manage our credit card systems, review payrolls, and ensure strict adherence to all evolving Fremantle policies.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Qualifications: Possess or be actively working towards a Chartered Accountant (CA) Qualification.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in accounting software (SAP preferred) and Excel is a must.
- Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong administrative skills, initiative, integrity, and a true team-player attitude.
- Mindset: A sound knowledge of accounting procedures and developing skills in financial/management accounting principles.
