- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls effectively.
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain and organise the reception area to ensure a tidy and professional appearance.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and filing.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared appropriately.
- Assist with ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
- Handle ad hoc tasks as required to support the team and office operations.
Requirements:
A successful Casual Receptionist should have:
- Previous experience in a similar receptionist or administrative role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
- A professional presentation and a friendly, approachable manner.
