- Develop and implement change management strategies to support technology initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address change impacts effectively.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive engagement and alignment.
- Prepare and deliver communication plans and materials to support change activities.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives.
- Provide support to leaders and teams during the transition process.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies related to change management.
- Ensure alignment with organisational goals and project objectives.
Requirements:
A successful Change Analyst should have:
- Professional change management qualifications such as PROSCI are desirable
- Experience delivering change management initiatives within the public sector or similar industries.
- Experience in using a range of software products such as Microsoft Visio, Project, MS Office, Yammer, Forms
- Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders effectively.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Adaptability to work in a temporary role in North Brisbane.
