Handy Finance is a leading fintech looking for a Designer to join our growing team in Sydney. As a Designer at Handy Finance, you will work closely with the Digital Designer and Marketing Team to develop and execute various marketing and product initiatives.
What you’ll do
- Work closely with the Marketing Team and Digital Designer and to translate marketing strategy, product positioning, and existing research into compelling campaigns and designs.
- Deliver assets to support marketing and sales channels designed to help convert new customers and onboard new vendor partners.
- Produce designs for websites, apps, product graphics, digital marketing channels, social media, static and rich banner ads, email campaigns, and sales collateral.
- Maintain knowledge and insight on industry trends and new digital design technologies.
- Support UX processes to drive improved customer experience via our website and app.
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor's degree in digital design, graphic design, graphic communications or related study.
- A sound understanding of brand visual identities and how to build upon brand guidelines.
- Strong knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Solid portfolio of design work, showing solutions to business problems through concepting and effective design.
- Minimum 2 years successful professional design experience, preferably at an agency or inhouse design team for a product-driven business.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a 'can do, will do' team player attitude.
- A passion for continuous improvement with great attention to detail.
