Our client is a purpose-driven, national multi-site health services organisation operating in a highly regulated environment. As the business continues to evolve and scale, it is seeking to appoint a Chief People & Culture Officer to lead the Group’s people and culture agenda.
Reporting to the CEO and sitting on the Executive Leadership Team, this role will shape and execute a contemporary people and culture strategy. You will provide strategic leadership across the people and culture spectrum, with a strong focus on engagement, learning and development, organisational development, ensuring people capability and culture are enablers of sustainable growth.
As a seasoned people and culture leader, you will bring strong experience driving positive workforce outcomes from human services oriented organisations.
This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned people executive who can operate at both strategic and operational levels. You will bring credibility, influence and sound judgement, with the ability to balance culture with commercial outcomes in a complex environment.
