Airmed is a Medical Uniform E-commerce brand founded by a Nurse, looking to expand our Marketing and Social team. Our company is dedicated to empowering health professionals through our range of products that include innovative scrubs and various stylish and functional accessories. Our brand sits at the intersection of fashion, function, and community, with a sense of purpose behind everything we create. We are seeking a Social Media Coordinator to join our team and share our vision across the online landscape.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone confident, creative, and ready to broaden their experience. As our Social Media Coordinator, you’ll play a hands-on role in helping bring our brand story to life across social media platforms, campaigns, PR activity, and community engagement.
You’ll be part of a fast-paced and fun environment where you’ll be hand's on to support campaign execution and roll outs, creative content and ensure brand alignment across Social Media. The role is for you if you feel confident in hitting the ground running with coordination, content execution, and day-to-day requirements of Social Media management.
What you'll bring
Content & Creative Execution
- Shoot, edit, and deliver short-form video content
- Execute creative briefs for UGC/Influencers/models
- Create content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube
- Write engaging captions and copy aligned with brand tone of voice
- Produce both organic and paid social content
- Stay on top of trends (or create them!)
- Maintain a strong, brand-aligned aesthetic
- Capture BTS and UGC style content on shoot days
Coordination & Production
- Coordinate photoshoots and video shoots end-to-end
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Design, eCommerce, and Operations
- Manage timelines, assets, usage rights and post-shoot follow ups
- Manage UGC creators and models (briefing, communication, coordination)
- Assist in planning the social media content calendars including scheduling, and basic performance reporting
- Ensure messaging is consistent across all social media
Community Management
- Monitor and respond to comments, DMs and mentions
- Engage with the audience to build a strong community
About You
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong video editing skills using CapCut or similar phone-based editing apps
- Highly organised and detail-orientated
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, collaborative, and open to feedback
- Confident on camera and comfortable creating video content
- Passionate about social media and building a community
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and working in a fast-paced environment
