THE ROLE:
Reporting into the Head of Marketing, the Social Media Coordinator is a hands-on role built for someone who lives and breathes social. You’ll help bring our content plan to life across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn, with a focus on capturing and editing content, supporting creator and influencer output, and keeping our community engaged and looked after. We’re a small, agile team, so you’ll need energy, pace, and a proactive mindset. If you like moving fast, spotting what’s next, and turning ideas into content quickly (whilst staying on brand), you’ll fit right in.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Content Calendar
- Build and maintain content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn, aligned to the wider marketing plan.
- Support social content concepting with the marketing team, turning campaign moments into social native ideas.
- Own day-to-day publishing, scheduling, and platform set-up (captions, tags, links etc.)
- Identify content gaps and bring solutions
2) Content Creation
- Capture, curate & edit high quality iPhone imagery and motion content for use on IG feed, stories and TikTok
3) Influencer Content & Management
- Build and maintain relationships with creators, influencers & brand ambassadors
- Lead influencer management from talent research, outreach, content briefing, review & feedback
- Coordinate influencer & media product send outs
4) Community Management
- Monitor DMs, comments and mentions, responding or escalating where needed
- Actively engage with influencers, creators and customers to foster a thriving community
5) Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Sharing the wins, and identifying the opportunities. Analysing social data and communicating to the broader marketing team in a digestible format to influence brand marketing and creative output
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- You’re a social-native and genuinely obsessed with the craft of content
- Strong iPhone capture skills and confident editing for short form video
- Proven experience building engaged social audiences, and executing successful campaigns across key social platforms
- You know who & what’s trending and why, and can translate that into on brand ideas
- A proactive nature and solutions focused mindset
- An ability to think outside the box, approaching content & talent opportunities in a way that aligns to the ST. ALi brand to disrupt in unique ways, rather than leveraging mass trends or predictable formats
- Strong communicator: Someone able to connect, build rapport and be a positive addition to the ST. ALi culture
- Organised and reliable: you can run calendars, keep projects moving, and hit deadlines
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing business with a small team. You’re proactive and take ownership & accountability for tasks.
- Previous experience in the hospitality sector is not essential, but a personal passion of hospitality and/or the coffee industry is
