We partner with ambitious brands to turn performance insights into creative that actually moves the needle. As we scale, we’re investing heavily in our internal operating model - what we call the Creative Engine - to ensure our work is high quality, repeatable, and commercially effective.
We’re now looking for a Creative Lead to help us raise the bar on creative direction, quality, and delivery as we grow.
The Creative Lead is responsible for owning creative direction, quality, and standards across the business .
This is not a role for someone who wants to spend most of their time pushing pixels. Instead, it’s a leadership role for someone who:
- thinks strategically about creative
- understands how performance data informs creative decisions
- enjoys setting direction, coaching others, and improving systems
- cares deeply about quality, clarity, and consistency
You’ll work closely with our Performance Leads to ensure creative strategy and performance insights are tightly aligned, and you’ll lead a small, high-impact creative team.
- Set creative direction and guardrails across accounts
- Define and uphold creative standards and principles
- Review and approve creative approaches for complex or high-impact work
- Act as the final QA gate for creative strategy and direction
- Coach and develop Creative Strategists and designers
- Provide clear, actionable feedback that improves output over time
- Raise the overall creative quality bar across the team
- Create an environment where creatives can do their best work, consistently and to prescribed timelines
- Ensure creative delivery is predictable, calm, and scalable
- Reduce rework and last-minute firefighting through strong upfront direction
- Identify recurring issues and help improve creative processes
- Partner with Account Executives and the General Manager to manage creative delivery and expectations
- Work closely with the Performance Team to translate performance insights into creative direction
- Align with Account Executives on timelines, expectations, and client-facing implications
- Support complex or enterprise-level client moments where senior creative input is required
- Acting as an Account Manager or client relationship owner
- Executing the bulk of creative assets yourself
- Making performance or media-buying decisions
- 4+ years experience in creative strategy, creative leadership, or a senior creative role
- Strong background in performance-led creative (paid social, digital acquisition, or similar)
- Ability to connect creative decisions to performance outcomes
- Experience leading or mentoring creatives
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Systems thinker who enjoys building repeatable ways of working
- Comfortable making clear decisions and holding standards
- Calm under pressure; not reactive or ego-driven
- Collaborative and commercially minded
Agency experience is a plus, but not required if you’ve led creative in a performance-focused environment.
