The Role

• Ensure the health safety of all enrolled children at the service at all times
• Maintain quality supervision of all enrolled children at the service at all times
• Assist with the implementation of daily routines
• Perform other duties as requested by the Nominated Supervisor
  
  

Key Competencies:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively in a team environment
• Understanding of the Montessori Philosophy
  
  

Essential Criteria:

• Current Working with Children Check (paid)
• ACECQA approved Early Childhood Education qualification - CERT III (or actively studying towards)
• First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain one
• Understanding and working knowledge of the National Quality Framework, which includes: National Regulations, National Quality Standards (NQS), and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively in a team environment
