Requirements:
A successful Commercial Finance Manager (Commissions) should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional accounting qualifications (CA, CPA, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of commission structures and processes within the technology and telecoms industry.
- Proven ability to analyse complex financial data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
