Our services are delivered nationwide, both in person and via telephone, by qualified mental health professionals.We are looking for Psychologists to join our Wellbeing Services team . This permanent full-time (part-time role with a min 4 days will be considered) is based in Brisbane CBD . The role is primarily a hybrid role and involves supporting organisations and their people at critical times as well as overseeing the coordination of short- and longer-term workplace supports and interventions.

- To be successful in this role, you will require a high level of compassion as well as professional counselling knowledge and experience.
- You will be working with a multidisciplinary team including Wellbeing Services Senior Psychologists and Coordinators, Regional Clinical Managers, Workplace Wellbeing Consultations, and operational staff.
- You will be working within a fast-growing organisation that requires patience, flexibility and able to adapt to competing priorities and in a collaborative manner.
- You will need to focus on customers and organisations to continually ensure that solutions are in their best interests and be comfortable to engage with leaders and managers of customers that we work with to offer clinical support.
- You will be providing high level organisational services such as Manager Assistance through Manager Support Hotline calls, Critical Incident Response services and other workplace wellbeing services.
- Other Workplace Wellbeing Services that you will be involved in to some extent is providing clinical support with Manager Support Focused services, Employee Wellbeing & Assessments, Leadership & Transition Support, Workplace Events & Risk Management, and Organisational Development.
- You will provide crisis phone counselling services, maintain a caseload that includes high level organisational services and at times provide escalation support to the on-call psychology team.
- You will require attention to detail and the ability to manage complexity associated with boundaries and multiple stakeholders. Clear and effective communication is required to excel in this role.
- You should be self-motivated and able to manage your workload effectively, whilst maintaining quality care.
To thrive in this role, you need a blend of compassion, professional knowledge, and experience.
- Qualifications: Ahpra registered psychologists wit h a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
- Counselling Skills: Proficient in evidence-based frameworks with demonstrated competency in providing psychological services for a broad range of clients and concerns.
- Critical Incident Response: Experience in providing critical incident response to workplaces is desirable.
- Organisational Skills: Exceptional planning and organisational abilities with the capacity to self-manage and work autonomously.
- Tech Savvy: Confidence in using technology and an IT case management system.
- Strong skills and experience in providing high quality organisational and/or clinical services.
- Experience in an EAP or Workplace Wellbeing role is highly desirable especially from an organisational approach (applying psychology in a business approach)
- In addition to clinical skills, critical to success will be your high levels of integrity, transparency, accountability and ability to align with the values and ethos of the organisation.
