The Revenue Manager exists to manage and develop a portfolio of properties across a nominated region using innovative, AI-driven rate and inventory strategies to ensure both Hotels & Holidays have the right rates sold through the right channels at the right time across all distribution channels. This role will focus on maximizing revenues and returns by leveraging cutting-edge technology and data analytics, with the support of a true industry leader at the helm of this team.

Requirements:
Applicants for the position of Revenue Manager should have:
- Tertiary Education in Hospitality, Business, Data Science, or a related discipline with a focus on Revenue Management.
- 3+ years of experience in revenue management, preferably in the short-term rental or hospitality industry.
- Strong background in data analytics, machine learning, and AI applications in business.
- Experience with strata or fractional ownership management.
- Proficiency in advanced revenue management systems and AI-powered pricing tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex AI-driven strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of implementing innovative revenue management strategies in a high-growth environment.
