Description:
- Financial modelling and investment underwriting across real estate acquisitions and developments
- Analysis of cash flows, returns, sensitivities and risk metrics
- Supporting due diligence processes, including market, financial and commercial analysis
- Assisting with investment committee papers and transaction approvals
- Portfolio performance analysis and asset-level reporting
- Market research across local and international real estate markets
- Supporting capital raising, investor materials and strategic initiatives as required
Requirements:
- Experience working for a top investment firm in London or New York
- 3-7+ years' experience in real estate investments, private equity, infrastructure, investment banking, or asset management
- International experience highly regarded (offshore funds, global banks, cross-border transactions or overseas markets)
- Advanced financial modelling and analytical capability
- Strong understanding of real estate fundamentals and deal structures
- Commercial mindset with the ability to think beyond the model
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
