We are looking for someone with 4+ years’ experience in accounting, Transaction Services, investment banking, corporate finance or a related field, who is ready to step into a hands-on investing role within a dynamic private investment firm.

About Nash Capital

  • Prepare EOIs and NBIOs
  • Manage due diligence processes end-to-end, including external advisors
  • Manage banks and lenders in acquisition financing processes

Portfolio Management & Value Creation

  • Support an Investment Director for portfolio companies
  • Spend time embedded within portfolio businesses across finance, accounting and operational functions
  • Assist with recruitment of key personnel within portfolio companies

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years’ experience in accounting (Big 4 or mid-tier), Transaction Services, corporate finance, investment banking or similar
  • Strong financial modelling capability
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical skills
  • Commercial mindset and ability to assess business models critically
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable engaging directly with business owners, senior management and external stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel as required

Why Join Nash Capital?

  • Direct exposure to the full investment lifecycle
  • Significant responsibility early in your career
  • Hands-on operational experience within portfolio companies
  • Close interaction with mid market businesses and management teams
  • Competitive salary plus performance bonus
  • Opportunity to grow into a senior investment role

If you are commercially driven, analytically strong and motivated to work in a high-performance investment environment, we would love to hear from you.
