Our focus spans Data, Analytics, and Agentics - helping organisations modernise platforms, unlock insight, and deliver AI-enabled transformation at scale. We are entering our next phase of growth, and we’re seeking a senior executive leader to help shape what comes next.


The Team

You’ll join Cloudwerx’s executive leadership team, working alongside the CEO, Delivery leaders, Architects, Practice heads, and our strategic ecosystem partners.


This is a close-knit, ambitious leadership group with a shared focus: building a growth engine that is disciplined, scalable, and differentiated - while maintaining the culture and delivery excellence that defines Cloudwerx.


The Role

The Chief Growth Officer (CGO) is responsible for driving revenue growth and market expansion at Cloudwerx. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role owns the end-to-end growth engine across:

  • Global Sales
  • Strategic Alliances & Partnerships
  • Industry Go-To-Market execution


This is a senior executive role requiring both strategic leadership and hands-on execution. You will align Cloudwerx’s strategic focus to a repeatable growth operating model that delivers predictable, sustained revenue outcomes.


What you’ll do

Growth & Revenue Leadership

  • Define and execute Cloudwerx’s company-wide growth strategy across Data, Analytics, and Agentics
  • Own revenue performance across new customer acquisition, expansion, and retention
  • Establish scalable, repeatable growth operating rhythms
  • Partner with the CEO and executive team on long-range planning and investment priorities

Sales Leadership

  • Lead and scale a high-performing global sales organisation
  • Define segmentation, coverage models, and GTM motions
  • Drive pipeline generation, deal conversion, and productivity
  • Implement disciplined forecasting, inspection, and performance management

Alliances & Ecosystem

  • Build and expand strategic alliances with Salesforce, Snowflake and other strategic ecosystem partners
  • Translate partnerships into measurable revenue outcomes
  • Drive co-selling, co-marketing, and joint GTM initiatives
  • Serve as executive sponsor for critical partner relationships

Industry Go-To-Market

  • Define and execute industry-specific GTM strategies and vertical plays
  • Ensure clear value propositions and differentiated offerings by sector
  • Align Sales, Marketing, and Alliances around shared industry priorities
  • Track industry-level performance and adapt strategy as required

Operational Excellence & Accountability

  • Establish clear KPIs, dashboards, forecasting cadence, and operating discipline
  • Ensure tight alignment between Sales, Marketing, Alliances, and Delivery
  • Bring rigor, transparency, and accountability to execution
  • Foster a culture of focus, collaboration, and continuous improvement


What success looks like

The CGO is directly accountable for:

  • Revenue growth (overall, by region, by industry)
  • New logo acquisition and customer expansion
  • Pipeline coverage, conversion rates, and predictability
  • Sales productivity and quota attainment
  • Marketing-sourced and influenced revenue
  • Partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue
  • Forecast accuracy and operating rhythm maturity


What we’re looking for

  • Senior leadership experience in Sales, Growth, or Commercial roles
  • Proven track record delivering sustained revenue growth
  • Experience in professional services, technology, or data/analytics-led organisations
  • Strong expertise in ecosystem-led GTM and partner-driven growth
  • Commercially astute, data-driven decision-maker
  • Comfortable operating strategically and in the detail
