While we operate under two brand names, we’re one team working under one roof, collaborating on the same projects. Kaliber represents our design and brand-led work, while Yakk focuses more heavily on marketing - together, we form a single, integrated studio. We’re a leading Gold Coast design and marketing agency looking for a designer with experience across brand, print, and digital (web and UI). You’ll thrive here if you share our passion for problem-solving and creating quality design.
You'll be working across a diverse range of client projects - local and national - spanning multiple industries. Our projects are fast-paced, varied, and always exciting.
We are looking for a designer to work from our studio, no remote applications, please. We value the energy and collaboration that comes from working closely with our creative team.
Who are we?
We’re an experienced Gold Coast-based creative and digital marketing agency. Our tight-knit team consists of creatives, strategists, marketing whizzes, dog lovers, and even a few cat people. Our design team works across branding, websites, and ongoing design requirements for a range of clients. We believe that great design starts with great collaboration, and we take pride in delivering quality work that gets results.

What we’re looking for:
- Minimum of 3 years industry experience
- A solid understanding of typography, layout, and composition
- Designers with experience in branding, print, web, and UI/UX design
- Ability to understand client needs and solve problems through design
- A keen eye for current design trends
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to collaborate
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite + Figma
- Fluent in English
- Bonus: Basic knowledge of motion design (not essential, but if you have it, let us know!)
