Mid-Weight Graphic Designer
INFIX is a full-service creative studio working at the intersection of strategy, culture and community. Strategy guides our thinking, while words and visuals shape brand experiences that resonate and spark meaningful connection.
We’re looking for a mid-weight graphic designer who can navigate both thinking and making, approaching each project with clarity, purpose and attention to detail. You’ll work across brand identities, campaigns and visual systems, collaborating closely with the team to produce work that connects with people and feels considered.
You’ll work across our creative agency while also helping bring an independent media company to life — meaning plenty of room to experiment, create, and push ideas beyond the brief.
What You’ll Be Creating
• Assisting in the creation and rollout of brand identities
• Website design (primarily in Figma)
• Campaign and marketing creative
• Motion and digital content
• Brand guidelines and design systems
• Creative work across both client projects and internal media platforms
What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 1 - 2 years experience in an agency or in-house design role
• Strong portfolio across brand and website design
• Highly proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to work across multiple types of clients and industries
• Motion design experience (After Effects or similar)
• Strong foundation in typography, layout and visual storytelling
• Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative, proactive and enjoys working as part of a team
• Genuine passion for design craft and a desire to build thoughtfully crafted brands
The Role
• In-house role based on the Southern Gold Coast / Tweed Coast
• Office-based role — flexibility offered where required
• Open to part-time for the right candidate
• Reporting to our Head of Brand & Design
• Working with brands across lifestyle, health, tech and emerging industries (locally and globally)
• Opportunity to help shape and launch an independent media company from the ground up
