Business Development Manager (Derivatives) - Sydney CBD
Based in Sydney, you will be a critical part of the customer experience team, acting as a trusted advisor to new clients. The role is heavily focused on engaging warm leads via outbound call campaigns.
*Experience in CFDs and FX is preferable, but not essential*
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Growth
-Develop and initiate strategies to grow retail, sophisticated, and wholesale investor trading volumes.
-Proactively enhance business through client referrals, networking, workshops/seminars, and industry contacts.
-Provide seminars and attend sales events for premium clients/prospects, creating appropriate material in conjunction with education and marketing.
-Drive the acquisition, retention, and increased trading activity for all clients in collaboration with the client-facing team.
Sales & Client Engagement
-Actively leverage the sales process to increase conversion rate, decrease sales cycle, and improve deal win rate.
-Handle incoming sales inquiries and client issues via phone, email, and live chats.
-Facilitate the outbound opening of new accounts for potential clients who have already shown interest in the platform.
-Provide support for existing customers with all aspects of the trading experience, including funding and education.
-Maintain an accurate pipeline and funnel with high integrity.

-A proven track record in B2C/B2B sales and business development.

-Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a "service" mindset for supporting customers in a fast-paced, real-time trading environment.
-Proactive, KPI-driven nature, with the ability to manage a client base while also sourcing new -relationships.
-The ability to learn complex products quickly.
