Description:
- Coordinate daily facilities operations, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Respond to maintenance requests and liaise with contractors for timely resolutions.
- Monitor and manage building systems and equipment for optimal performance.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules and facility-related documentation.
- Assist with space planning and office relocations as required.
- Ensure compliance with property management policies and procedures.
- Support the implementation of sustainability and energy-saving initiatives.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
A successful Facilities Coordinator should have:
- Experience in facilities management or a related field within the property industry.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in managing building systems and maintenance schedules.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in Sydney.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Competence in using relevant software tools for facilities management.
- Electrical License.
