Description:

  • Coordinate daily facilities operations, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Respond to maintenance requests and liaise with contractors for timely resolutions.
  • Monitor and manage building systems and equipment for optimal performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules and facility-related documentation.
  • Assist with space planning and office relocations as required.
  • Ensure compliance with property management policies and procedures.
  • Support the implementation of sustainability and energy-saving initiatives.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

A successful Facilities Coordinator should have:

  • Experience in facilities management or a related field within the property industry.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in managing building systems and maintenance schedules.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in Sydney.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Competence in using relevant software tools for facilities management.
  • Electrical License.
