Description:

Global Retail Brands is looking for a data-savvy Junior eCommerce Planning & Data Analyst to drive stock, demand, and supply planning across our online channels. This is a full-time, on-site role based at our Support Office on St Kilda Road, Melbourne, working 5 days a week . What you’ll do

  • Own end-to-end demand, supply and inventory planning for eCommerce
  • Build and refine forecasts for core ranges, new products, and promotions
  • Translate forecasts into actionable stock and supply plans
  • Monitor inventory and proactively manage availability across websites and marketplaces
  • Support promotional planning and post-campaign analysis
  • Provide clear, actionable reports and insights to the trading and online teams


Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Forecast & Demand Planning: Build and manage demand forecasts across core, & promotions in line with strategy from eCommerce Merchandise Planner.
  • Inventory Replenishment & Supply Planning: Translate demand plans into executable supply and inventory plans - liaise with warehouse to place regular stock orders to support online sales and avoid out of stocks.
  • Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels to maintain optimal stock, preventing stockouts / excess stocks at online warehouse.
  • Promotional Planning: Partner with eCommerce Merchandise Planner to forecast, order & maintain stock for promotional periods for online channel.
  • Reporting: Run regular reporting and support to the online team with stock & sales visibility, new product arrivals, and stock movements. Provide support to planner on post promotional reporting.


About you

  • 2–3 years’ experience in demand planning, supply planning, inventory or analytics
  • Experience in eCommerce or retail environments
  • Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivots, data analysis)
  • Familiar with ERP or planning systems (SAP, NetSuite, Pronto, etc.)
  • Analytical, organised, and collaborative, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team
