- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues effectively.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the technology department.
Requirements:
A successful Project Manager should have:
- Proven experience managing multi-year projects to help with transformations and to achieve organisations goals
- Strong understanding of PMBOK
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and strong stakeholder management
- Led steering committee forums to provide projects oversight, manage risks/issues, and ensure executive alignment on scope, timelines, and strategic priorities.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
