If You Can
- Supervise effectively, providing guidance, and mentoring to staff whilst assisting with the management of the day-to-day operations of the Unit.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external clients to provide responsive, accurate and relevant information and services.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the team's output and performance.
- Provide information and assistance to management, staff, and clients on the practical application of legislation relating to occupational licensing applications.
- Make recommendations and decisions resulting in the granting, refusal, or cancellation of licensing applications under relevant legislation.
- Solve difficult problems, engaging team and management input to provide accurate and timely solutions.
- Prepare correspondence and reports as required.
- Contribute to the achievement of the Division's goals and targets.
