Description:
- Prepare, review, and organise client documentation, forms, and advice files to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage client communication, meeting scheduling, follow-ups, and maintain accurate records within internal systems.
- Support advisors with meeting preparation, data collection, and implementation tasks.
- Liaise with product providers, accountants, and other third parties to obtain required information.
- Track workflows, deadlines, and outstanding actions to ensure advice processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Build knowledge of advice processes, compliance requirements, and product fundamentals, with scope to take on broader responsibilities over time.
Requirements:
- Experience in client services, administration, or finance support, ideally within financial planning, wealth management, insurance, or accounting.
- Strong attention to detail, organisation, and documentation accuracy.
- Foundational understanding of the financial advice landscape or basic accounting and financial concepts.
- Clear, professional communication skills and confidence dealing with clients and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or Finance preferred, though relevant experience is highly regarded.
- Motivated to develop technical knowledge and capabilities, with the potential to progress toward advisory responsibilities over time.
