Marketplace Operations & Project Support Officer (ERP & Platform Operations)
📍 Melbourne | Full-Time
Continental Bridge is building technology-driven operational systems across ERP software implementation and platform-based service operations.
We are looking for a structured, high-calibre Marketplace Operations & Project Support Officer who wants real exposure to software projects, client coordination, and startup execution.
This is not a routine admin role.
This is an execution role inside a growing tech-enabled business.
What You’ll Work On
You will coordinate key marketplace operation by:
- Manage structured customer coordination tasks for our service platform operations
- Coordinate booking rescheduling and urgent changes
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Handle service complaints in a structured and professional manner
- Support onboarding process
- Involve in strengthening the management procedures
- Contribute to strengthening and improving internal management processes.
You will support our ERP software implementation
- Coordinating ERP proposals, contracts and documentation
- Tracking CRM and sales pipeline discipline
- Supporting client-facing and contractor documentation processes
What We’re Looking For
You are:
- Highly organized and process-oriented
- Strong in written and verbal English
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
- Able to balance client communication with internal coordination
- Experience in software, ERP, consulting, or project coordination environments is highly valued (not a must)
