  • Design and execute strategic account plans, balancing fast‑moving deals with long‑term relationship building.
  • Run a disciplined, high‑quality sales process, from qualification to pricing to commercial governance.
  • Collaborate with a powerhouse team - Sales Engineering, Marketing, Inside Sales, and Customer Success - to deliver standout customer outcomes.
  • Forecast with confidence and precision, maintaining CRM excellence and driving predictable growth.

Requirements:

  • You will bring 7+ years of B2B sales experience with a strong record of closing complex, multi‑stakeholder deals.
  • Strong new-business development experience in SaaS, IoT, video, or enterprise tech sales.
  • You're commercially sharp, detail‑oriented, and confident managing strategic account plans and full‑cycle sales motions.
  • You thrive on building greenfield pipelines, engaging senior decision‑makers, and balancing short‑term wins with long‑term territory growth.
  • You're collaborative, disciplined, and motivated to exceed targets in a fast‑moving, high‑opportunity region.
