About The Role

We are looking for a talented and motivated Architectural Graduate with 2-3 years’ experience to join our Melbourne team, where you’ll be part of a collaborative group delivering outstanding projects across a variety of sectors, including Commercial, Education, and Health + Science.

Ideally, you have a passion for innovative design and a desire to learn and grow within a dynamic practice. You’ll have the opportunity to be involved in all project stages, from concept design to delivery, while building your skills alongside experienced architects, clients, and consultants.

We value curiosity, initiative, and teamwork just as much as technical ability, and welcome graduates who are keen to contribute and develop their professional expertise.

A strong working knowledge of Revit is highly regarded, along with the ability to assist in creating thorough and thoughtful documentation packages and visualisations.

Our studio is conveniently located a short walk from Southern Cross and Flagstaff stations, with easy access to Bourke and Collins Street trams. You'll also enjoy outstanding end-of-trip facilities including lockers and towel service.

General Duties

• Assist with the delivery of projects from all stages; concept design to contract administration
• Create drawings and documentation packages in Revit
• Work in cohesive teams
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and other external stakeholders
  
  

About You

We are looking for a proactive and curious Graduate with a couple of years’ experience under their belt, who is looking to take the next step up in their career.

To Be Successful In This Role You Will Need

• Revit skills
• Master of Architecture degree
• Demonstrated experience in assisting with delivering designs from briefing to project handover
• Demonstrated experience in working with Project Managers and Consultants as part of a larger design team
• Excellent communication skills
• Capacity to work as part of a team with the ability to work autonomously as required
• Rendering and visualisation skills will also be highly regarded
