Description:
- Provide prompt, friendly, and professional client support via phone, chat, and email
- Assist clients with account inquiries, transactions, and platform navigation
- Monitor and facilitate client transactions to ensure a seamless end-to-end experience
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve complex or time-sensitive client cases
- Triage and manage internal support tickets efficiently
- Accurately document client interactions using internal systems and CRM tools
- Contribute to continuous improvement of client support processes
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients through consistent, high-quality service
Requirements:
- Background in premium customer service, ideally from luxury hospitality, hotels, airlines, concierge services, or high-end retail, or client success within financial services or fintech
- Strong problem-solving skills and a calm, professional approach under pressure
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Naturally empathetic, patient, and client-focused
- Comfortable using customer support tools and systems (training provided)
- Interest in financial services or fintech environments (industry knowledge not required)
Essential Requirements

- Availability to work rostered shifts, including evenings and weekends
