Change and Learning Specialist - remote/flexible

Ignite Your Success
Sydney Full-day Temporary

Description:

Remote | Flexible | Impact-Driven Work

Are you someone who understands that real change doesn’t happen through information alone - it happens through awareness, learning, and aligned action?

This role is designed for experienced professionals who enjoy supporting others through periods of transition, growth, and capability building - while continuing to evolve personally and professionally themselves.

As our reach continues to expand locally and globally, we’re seeking a Change & Learning Specialist who brings curiosity, emotional intelligence, and a passion for human development into meaningful, future-focused conversations.

The Bigger Picture

At Ignite Your Success, we work with individuals who are navigating personal and professional change - people who know they’re ready for more clarity, confidence, and direction.

This role sits at the intersection of change enablement, learning, and self-leadership. You’ll support individuals as they explore new ways of thinking, learning, and leading - using established frameworks, digital platforms, and world-class development resources.

This is a flexible, remote engagement for professionals who value autonomy, growth, and purpose - and who want their work to genuinely matter.

What you’ll be doing

  • Engage with individuals who are actively seeking growth, clarity, and change
  • Facilitate structured, insight-based conversations that support mindset shifts, learning, and forward momentum
  • Share and work with proven learning and leadership development frameworks that support sustainable change
  • Support others in developing confidence, self-awareness, and personal capability
  • Actively attract and connect with new individuals through aligned outreach and engagement activities across digital and professional platforms
  • Share meaningful content, conversations, and invitations that spark curiosity and resonate with people exploring growth and change
  • Leverage provided tools, templates, systems, and messaging to engage professionally and authentically
  • Participate in comprehensive training and ongoing support to develop confidence, skill, and consistency in attraction-based engagement
  • Continue your own development through ongoing exposure to leadership, learning, and change methodologies

This role may suit if you…

  • Have a background in learning & development, HR, education, coaching, training, leadership, or change-focused roles
  • Enjoy supporting people through transitions, growth, or reinvention
  • Are curious about mindset, behaviour, identity, and human potential
  • Value flexibility, autonomy, and working in a values-led environment
  • Are comfortable working independently while being part of a collaborative, global professional environment
  • Have strong communication skills to effectively convey information and engage diverse audiences
  • Want your work to contribute to both your growth and the growth of others

What’s in it for you

  • Remote work to design your work around your location preferences
  • Flexible schedule with part-time and full-time options to suit your rhythm and priorities
  • Performance-driven rewards aligned to contribution and outcomes
  • Ongoing personal and professional development in leadership, learning, and change
  • The opportunity to expand your professional identity while making a meaningful impact
  • A role that grows as you do - personally and professionally
  • Access to established programs, systems, and support

Important to Know

This opportunity is best suited to professionals who enjoy autonomy, self-direction, and continuous growth. Success comes from engagement, initiative, and a genuine interest in helping others move forward.

If you’re ready to apply your experience in a more flexible, purpose-driven way - while continuing to develop yourself - we’d love to hear from you.

Apply to explore whether this aligns with your next chapter.
